Reservations and Deposits

A submitted Tour Registration Form and a deposit of $1,500 per person reserves your spot on the tour. Click on the Register button above to complete your registration online and pay your deposit.

Cabin Categories

There are a limited number of each cabin category available on the ship. Please indicate on your Registration Form your 1st and 2nd choice of cabin type and we will be back in touch with you to confirm the cabin choice after we have conferred with Atlas personnel.

Payment Schedule

  • Deposit of $1,500 per person is due with Registration

  • Balance of package due by February 15, 2026

Payment Methods

Payments may be made by check, Zelle, debit card, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit is fully refundable for 24 hours after registration

  • $250 of the Deposit is non-refundable prior to May 10, 2025

  • $500 of the Deposit is non-refundable prior to February 15, 2026

  • Full Cruise, Hotel & Tour package cost is non-refundable after February 15, 2026

Single Occupancy

There is a limited number of Adventure Oceanview and Veranda Staterooms available for solo travelers. If available, the cost for the Cruise, Hotel & Tour package is $8,850 and $9,150 respectively.

Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance

We highly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance more commonly known as Trip Insurance. This insurance will provide a refund for non-refundable covered air and trip costs in the event you have to cancel your trip due to covered reasons such as an illness or injury to yourself, a family member or your traveling companion.
