Tour Package Cost Subject to Change – Tour Package Cost is subject to change in the event government agencies, carriers, hotels or tour operators assess additional taxes, fuel charges or surcharges. Tour Package cost may also change due to significant fluctuations in the value of US currency relative to other currencies. Tour Package Cost may also change in the event the number of guests on the tour does not meet the minimum amount required at the time of booking. Notice of any changes to Tour Package Cost will be given in the event a change occurs.

Itinerary Subject to Change – Highland Country Fellowship, Baird Tours, Atlas Ocean Voyages, airlines and local transportation providers reserve the right to alter the sequence or make substitutions to the daily itinerary for the best interest, safety and overall comfort of the group or as otherwise necessary.

Reservations are Non-Transferable – Reservations cannot be sold or transferred to another guest without the permission of Highland Country Fellowship and Baird Tours.

Payment Schedule – All Tour Package Costs are per person and assume double occupancy of cabins and hotel accommodations. The payment schedule of the Tour Package Cost is as follows:

  • Deposit of $1,500 is due at registration

  • Balance is due by February 16, 2026.

Cancellation Policy - All cancellation notices must be received in writing or sent via email to darla@bairdtours.com. The date of cancellation will be the date the notice is received. The following rules apply in the event a guest cancels a tour. 

  • The Registration Deposit is fully refundable for 24 hours after registration.

  • $250 of the Registration Deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made prior to May 10, 2025.

  • $500 of the Registration Deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made prior to February 15, 2026.

  • The total Cruise, Hotel and Tour Package Cost is not refundable if a cancellation notice is received after February 15, 2026.

Guest Notices – Notices to guests are considered delivered if they are sent to the email address provided on the Tour Registration Form. 

Non-Refundable Credit Card Fees – If a credit card charge is refunded by check, the processing fee charged by the credit card company will be deducted from the refund.

Photography and Video – By registering for this tour, the guest grants Baird Tours permission to reasonably use and publish photographs and videos in which the guest may appear if they are used for the purpose of promotion, advertising, or other related purposes.

Baird Tours Liability – Highland Country Fellowship and Baird Tours LLC (“Baird Tours”)(collectively “We” or “Us”), their officers and staff act only in the capacity of agents in all matters of transportation, lodging, and tour operation, and liability is limited to the terms of the tickets, contracts and agreements with providers. Notice is given that all arrangements of transportation or conveyance or lodging or other particulars of this tour are made by Us as an agent upon the express conditions that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay through the negligence or default of any provider, their employees or contractors expressly including a defect in any vehicle engaged in the conveyance of guests. We accept no responsibility for losses, injuries, errors, omissions or additional expenses due to delays or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, war or any other unforeseen causes. Baird Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure or decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour if said person is a danger to other guest’s safety or enjoyment of the tour
